At the heart of Healthy Ventures Consulting® is the vision of our founder, James P. Lacey, a seasoned leader and innovator in the health and wellness space. James built his career at the intersection of consumer products and wellness, holding key leadership roles at global companies such as Gillette Oral-B, Weider Nutritional International, Inc., and Nestlé Foods Corporation. His deep experience in sales, product development, and brand building eventually led him to co-found Crunchies Natural Food Company, a trailblazer in freeze-dried snacks and the category’s #1 share brand.
Driven by a lifelong passion for health, wellness, and innovation, James launched Healthy Ventures® in 2015 to bring science-backed, natural products to families and pets alike. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to better living form the foundation of everything we do.
